In collaboration with Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU), CGPH-Pakistan is working on actualization of SDG 5 – "Achieve Gender equality and empower all women and girls’’ in Pakistan.  This research study is designed to be conducted in Rawalpindi city, with the broader aim of developing and pilot testing measurement framework for gender related SDGs in Pakistan. The project is being implemented in two phases: Phase I included a scoping review of literature and existing evidence to analyze Pakistan’s progress on SDG-5 indicators and identifying various measurement and implementation challenges related to the progress of gender related SDG indicators in Pakistan. Phase II consists of developing a measurement framework for gender related SDG indicators and pilot testing an implementation plan to effectively gather data and measure gender related SDG indicators in Pakistan.
